Traditionally pocket doors have been challenging for do it yourselfers, but now there are kits available to make the installation of pocket doors easier and faster. Shop at your local home center, hardware store or online for the kit that makes the most sense for you. In some cases the door track and frame can be installed in as little as 10 minutes! The kits, which do not include the door, range in price from around $75 for a single door kit, to about $150 for a converging door kit (two doors that meet in the middle).
